    Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was comfortable, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Ganga from our room. The check-in process was smooth. However, the receptionist mentioned that the hotel has a private ghat and a private Ganga Aarti, but we were unable to find or experience either during our stay. We also requested an extra bed several times, but no one came to set it up. Eventually, I had to go to the lobby and personally bring a staff member back with me to arrange it. The receptionist was always smiling and polite, but the service lacked follow-through and a genuine customer-service mindset. Better communication and prompt action would have made the overall experience much better.

    Everything else was fine, apart from the lady on reception, Her behaviour was so indecent and rude, First off, there was no welcome from her end, She didn't even give welcome drinks and garlands. Secondly, when we said we aren't liking the rooms could you please upgrade, We was so full of attitude that she said " Cancel your booking", As if she was giving the full refund. She didn't even care about our money. wasn't polite at all. Hotel management needs to look at her behaviour otherwise they will definitely loose a lot of customers because of her. In the evening, male receptionist and other staff members were good, they were polite. But the only reason why we felt pathetic, was that reception lady.
