Designed for relaxed indoor–outdoor living, the villa combines modern Cycladic architecture, elegant interiors, and breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, creating a peaceful island retreat for families, couples, and groups of friends.
Perched above the scenic coastline of Lolantonis, one of the most beautiful beaches in Paros, the villa offers privacy, comfort, and easy access to the island’s top destinations including Naoussa, Parikia, and Paros Airport.
The property is thoughtfully arranged as two independent living spaces, providing flexibility and privacy for guests.
The main house features a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two joinable single beds that can easily convert into a king-size bed. Both bedrooms enjoy direct access to the pool terrace.
The independent guest house offers a cozy loft bedroom with a double bed, a convertible sofa, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom, making it ideal for couples or guests who prefer extra privacy.
The outdoor spaces are designed to fully embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle.
