On the ground floor, you will find an entrance with separate toilets opening onto a spacious and bright living area with impressive volumes, including a lounge and dining room flooded with natural light thanks to large bay windows overlooking the garden. The semi-open kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality materials, extends this convivial space and also provides direct access to the south-facing terrace. This level also features a beautiful master suite with a large dressing room, a very bright bedroom with a bay window, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
