On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan kitchen/living room, fully equipped with a 3-burner ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, and cooking utensils, as well as a lounge with a smart TV. A shower room with toilet completes this level.
Upstairs:
A first bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together;
A second bedroom with the same configuration;
A separate toilet with a sink.
Outside, enjoy a very large, unfenced garden with fruit trees, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a griddle for pleasant moments outdoors.
Private parking on site. Secure shelter for bicycles and motorcycles. A small refrigerator for fishing enthusiasts. Wi-Fi included. Non-smoking accommodation.
