Spacious 3-bedroom duplex occupying the top two floors of a private 2-unit home in the Bronx, offering the comfort and privacy of a full house with easy access to Manhattan. Ideal for families or professionals seeking a quiet, well-equipped home base in NYC. (Minimum stay 30 nights. Available June 1 - July 31 only, preference given to full 2 months, or near-full stay.)
The main level features a bright, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of room to relax or work from home. The living space includes comfortable seating, a 50” TV with cable, a desk, and a grand piano, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dining area seats four (up to six with chairs from upstairs), and the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, electric stove, and ample cabinet space. An in-unit washer and dryer and a convenient half bath are also located on this level.
Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed rooms and a renovated full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and TV, while the second bedroom includes a full-size bed. The third room is set up as a home office and can also accommodate a guest with a convertible chair/bed.
The apartment has its own private side entrance and no upstairs neighbors, offering a level of quiet and privacy that is rare in NYC. (Just one quiet tenant in the ground-floor unit.) All rooms are equipped with remote-controlled HVAC units for comfortable air conditioning during warmer months.
