About this lodge
This fully-renovated shipping container accommodation provides vintage and rustic charm, and is ideal for up to three guests to go glamping in Kentucky. Inside, there is a plush double bed with a brand new memory foam mattress, as well as an extra bunk bed up above. Soft bedding and linens are provided to ensure a good night's sleep. In the bathroom there's a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet.
The shipping container used is a vintage container from the early 80's, and everything used to build the container came from the host's farm. The wood used inside came from an old barn that use to house Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, making this unique Kentucky vacation rental one-of-a-kind.
Nestled next to the woods, you'll enjoy a private stay on the ridge of the rolling hills. Here, guests can explore over 200 acres, go fishing in the creek, throw some steaks on the grill, sit back and relax while sipping on some local Kentucky bourbon.
