Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.
Current Notice: From late May through mid-October 2026, the K30 between Laboe and Stein will be completely closed due to construction. Since your designated service office is located in Laboe, you can only continue on to Stein and Marina Wendtorf via the signposted detour.
Welcome to the 6th floor of the Optimist building in this cozy 28 m² vacation apartment, designed for two adults and one child.
Spend relaxing vacation hours in the living/bedroom, which opens onto the south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a sundowner in pleasant company. The sofa bed serves as a sleeping area for one guest. The rest of your travel companions can rest comfortably in the cozy double bed in the same room, which, at 180 cm wide, invites you to sleep in. Get ready for the day ahead in the practical bathroom, equipped with a shower and hair dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a toaster and coffee maker—the essentials for a quick breakfast to start your day off right.
