The adjoining guesthouse is not rented when the villa is booked, so you will be the sole occupants of the property and exclusive users of the pool. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen to prepare your meals during your stay. The property offers step-free access, an interior without stairs, heating in every room, air conditioning in the living area, a TV, and a fan for your comfort.



Outside, relax on both covered and open terraces with stunning mountain views. The private outdoor pool invites you to swim, and an outdoor shower is available after your swim. Other outdoor amenities include a shared barbecue and a pétanque court for leisure time.



Two on-site parking spaces are provided. One pet is allowed. Table tennis, toys and books for children, as well as a ski storage room, are available. A tennis court is a 10-minute walk away. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
