Just a few kilometers from the wonderful beaches of Scopello.The ground floor features a large living room with a glass window overlooking the sea, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom. The first floor includes a double bedroom and a terrace with a wonderful view. A third outdoor bathroom with a laundry room is also available.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, two double bedrooms (air conditioned), one of which opens onto the veranda and overlooks the gulf, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom (not air conditioned) and a bathroom with shower. Outside, on the patio, you'll find an additional bathroom with a shower, ideal for returning from the beach. A barbecue for outdoor grilling is also available, as well as a sea facing veranda with table and chairs. Villa Tulipano is the ideal location for those who wish to visit numerous tourist destinations while also enjoying the tranquility of the property.

Tourist tax of 1.50 per night per person, payable upon arrival for a maximum of 6 nights. Children under 14 are exempt. Identification documents will be required at check in. Late check in after 8:00 PM costs 30.00, payable in cash upon arrival.
