CALAROSSA The Sound of the Sea BEACH HOUSE
If the sound of the sea drowns out your thoughts, you’re in the right place.
A recently renovated apartment located in the beautiful northern part of Sardinia, in the Gallura region, on Cala Canneddi Bay. This cozy beach house is located within the “CalaRossa” Residential Village, which offers enchanting views, tranquility, and easy access to nearby tourist destinations and beaches.
We welcome our guests to this delightful, spacious, and quiet two-room apartment with a private entrance. The apartment consists of:
- Kitchen: fully equipped with a dishwasher and an espresso machine.
- Living room: equipped with two beds and a smart TV.
- Double bedroom: with a large closet.
- Dressing room: with a sink and shelves.
- Bathroom: complete with a shower, toilet, and bidet.
All windows are equipped with mosquito screens. The apartment is air-conditioned, but the sea breeze on summer evenings allows you to sleep peacefully even without the air conditioning. There is also a washing machine in an utility room near the entrance.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious area with a veranda furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, as well as a relaxation corner. The large terrace offers a view of the sea and the lush Sardinian vegetation.
The beach, the cool pine forest, and the red rocks are just a 5-minute walk away via a path nestled in the Mediterranean scrub. For lovers of fine sand, the famous “Marinedda” Bay is just a 15-minute walk away.
The house is easily accessible by car via a dirt road (for loading and unloading luggage and groceries). Please note that cars may not be left longer than necessary. Several free parking areas are available within the residence, accessible through the main gate.
The residence features a swimming pool open from June through September.
