This is a 1,006 sq ft upper bungalow in SW Calgary with warm wood floors and an open layout that feels easy from the moment you walk in. The kitchen naturally draws everyone in, while the living area holds the group without feeling crowded. Three bedrooms down the hall, a private deck out back, and everything already taken care of.

Three bedrooms sit quietly down the hall, each one ready and waiting:

The home includes two bathrooms: a private ensuite in the primary bedroom and a second full bathroom.

Downtown is an easy 13-minute drive, close enough to get in and out without the noise. Heritage Park is nearby, and you are well positioned for a smooth drive west toward Banff.

The Amber is a registered short-term rental with the City of Calgary.
