i was reluctant to book because of some reviews i saw online. But to be honest it exceeded my expectations and is a decent place to stay. i will recommend it.

The hotel is so bad and it doesn't have any proper maintenance. Nothing is as shown in the photos. I don't recommend this for family travelling with kids especially toddlers.

SVS Grand is a decent budget hotel with basic facilities. The rooms were clean, which was a positive, but the air conditioning was not effective enough to keep the room comfortable.
The biggest drawback was the frequent power cuts. The electricity went off around 7–10 times during the night, which made it very difficult to sleep and was a really unpleasant experience.
On the positive side, the hotel is located very close to Dindigul Railway Station, which was extremely convenient for us since we had to catch a train at 6:00 AM the next morning.
Overall, it's an average hotel suitable for a short stay if you need to be close to the railway station, but the power issues and poor AC significantly affected our experience.
