This is a new hotel. Rooms are spot clean and bathrooms were super clean.
During our stay, we faced some issues like AC not working during powercuts. They have a backup generator but don't know why they are not turning it on.
Rooms don't have geysers. They say they will bring hot water in buckets.
Their complimentary breakfast is terrible. I have lost my appetite for the rest of the day.
Kitchen does not function if there is a powercut. They won't turn on Generator. So mixers and blenders won't work. This is the restaurant staff response.
Lift won't work if there is a powercut and they ask us to take stairs. I refused and asked them to turn on the generator and they turned on the generator.
The staff are cooperative and are providing whatever asked. But as the hotel needs time to warmup, I hope my next stay here will be full on satisfaction.
