Enjoy the ocean breeze and vibrant sunsets from this exclusive penthouse, located in a prime, quiet area just two blocks from the beach in Punta Zicatela. Cool off in the private pool (small but perfect for relaxing), spend time together in the living room, play board games, and rest comfortably in your air-conditioned bedroom. Everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.
This penthouse is located on the fourth floor of a four-story building. There is no elevator, so you’ll need to climb four flights of stairs to reach it. Common areas are shared with other guests and residents of the building.
Out of respect for the other residents of the building, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 p.m.
We’re always available through the app, and you can also rely on our cleaning staff, who are on-site daily and will be happy to assist you.
PLEASE NOTE: In Puerto Escondido (in various areas), there tend to be power outages, utility outages, internet outages, and other disruptions, which are temporary and unpredictable. AALOJA T is committed to providing the services described in the listing; however, these types of situations are beyond our control, so we are NOT liable and are not obligated to issue refunds if any of these issues occur during your stay. The building does NOT have a backup generator, so there is no way to provide electricity if there is a failure; please keep this in mind.
ABOUT NOISE:
Puerto Escondido is a vibrant coastal area that combines the multiculturalism of its visitors and residents, ranging from upscale neighborhoods to areas with a more rural lifestyle. It’s common to see a mix of luxury homes and more modest residences on the streets, where you can still hear typical sounds such as roosters, guard dogs, and other rural activities.
To improve the acoustics in our apartments, we’ve installed special windows in units 7 and 10, which are different from those in the rest of the building and are designed to provide better sound insulation and ensure a more peaceful stay. There is some minor construction taking place near the property and throughout the area in general, as it is experiencing rapid growth; this may generate slight background noise that will in no way affect your sleep or remote work, but we understand that some people are more sensitive than others, which is why we’d like to let you know in advance.

LOCAL WILDLIFE
With the utmost care and with your well-being in mind, we would like to inform you that Puerto Escondido has a warm climate, which encourages the presence of insects such as scorpions. Although we conduct monthly pest control treatments on our properties, it’s important to keep in mind that these insects are common throughout the city, not just on our premises.
We recommend taking basic precautions, such as shaking out your clothes, shoes, and sheets before using them, especially if they’ve been outdoors or near the ground. If you happen to see any insects, please let us know immediately so we can address the situation.
