The house is located on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug, a beautiful nature reserve with plenty of opportunities for hiking and biking. In the surrounding towns, you’ll find supermarkets, bike rentals, and various restaurants. We’re happy to give you tips on fun places to visit in the area.


Guest Access:

The property is located at Bospark Het Groene Hert.
You’ll have the entire property to yourself, including a spacious private garden of 435 m² with a hot tub.
Check-in and check-out are easy via a key box, so you can arrive and depart at your convenience.


Interaction with guests:

You can easily reach us during your stay via the app or email. We usually respond quickly and are happy to help with any questions or practical matters.
Before your arrival, you’ll receive all the necessary information so your stay can get off to a smooth and relaxing start.


Other important information:

The park is still under development, which means the surroundings are quiet and natural.
There are no facilities or amenities (yet) on the park itself, such as restaurants or playgrounds. Your stay is primarily about peace, nature, and relaxation in the surroundings.
Next to the park is a railroad track where a small train occasionally passes by. This is generally barely audible and is not considered a disturbance by most guests.
