Seaspray Getaway offers dedicated parking for two vehicles, making it easy to come and go as you explore Cedar Key. Located just three blocks from the city park, beach, and kayak launch, you can easily walk to restaurants, shops, art galleries, and waterfront attractions—no car required.
Traveling with a furry companion? This home is pet-friendly, allowing one dog up to 70 lbs, so your four-legged family member can enjoy the island too.

-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
