Firstly, the management is extremely rude and unprofessional towards guests. They kept me asking unrelated documents. When asked about the written policy , they denied straightaway. The room service was pathetic. The room was not cleaned even after multiple requests. The AC control barely worked. The hotel failed to give sufficient toiletries for 2 guests. The room number in every floor started with "5", which did not make any sense. The list of failures were to large as compared to the good stuff. I would never recommend this hotel to any sane headed person.
