Transport:
If you are coming by car, the property has private parking for up to 4 vehicles.
- The regular SIBRA 20 bus service, with a stop 10 minutes' walk from the Villa (Crozette), provides easy access to Annecy city centre (around 20 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
