In the heart of Warnemünde, we offer you a beautiful vacation apartment as your vacation home. The “Kleinod” apartment is located not far from the Warnemünde Lighthouse, at Fr.-Franz-Str. 30. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are all nearby. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This approximately 55-square-meter, two-room “Kleinod” vacation apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to two people. The living room, equipped with a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi, offers all the comforts you need. Out front is a gorgeous, spacious rooftop terrace, and out back is a sunny west-facing balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. This vacation apartment is for non-smokers only.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).
A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
