The Space:
Cabo's light doesn't wait for you to be ready. It arrives early - falling across tiled floors, warming the balcony rail, pulling you outside before the coffee's finished brewing. From that balcony, the Pacific stretches wide to one side and the city spreads out below on the other, a view that shifts through every register from morning gold to the blue hour after sunset. This three-bedroom home is built for the kind of trip where nobody's in a rush: open space to gather as a group, quiet corners to disappear into, and enough beyond the front door to fill a week without any effort.
Living space
The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow into each other as a single open floor, the kind of layout where a group naturally drifts together. Sliding doors and large windows keep the space filled with daylight, while ceiling fans and an AC split type ductless system hold the indoor temperature steady against Cabo's warmth. A TV and a dedicated workspace round out the practical side of things - for the evening film or the occasional remote work session.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests, each furnished with a queen bed. Room-darkening shades, bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided, so arriving and settling in is effortless. The layout works equally well for families and small groups.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked for everything from a proper sit-down dinner to a quick post-beach meal. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, mini fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine glasses, alongside cooking basics and dishes and silverware. Barbecue utensils are on hand for the rooftop grill. The dining table brings everyone together for shared meals or morning planning sessions over coffee - which is also provided.
Bathrooms
The home has 2 full bathrooms and a half bath, each stocked with hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products. A bidet is fitted in the bathrooms as well.
Outdoor living
The rooftop is where the evening naturally gravitates. An outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and fire pit make it the right setting once the sun starts to drop and the city lights begin to come on. The patio and balcony offer additional outdoor space with those ocean and city views open in front of you. For days away from the house, the home provides beach essentials - beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear.

An outdoor pool and a shared gym nearby are available to guests. Families will also find an outdoor playground equipped with play structures within the community.
