Located just a leisurely walk from the beach (500 metres), this comfortable property is ideally situated for small families and couples, with a 2-mile promenade and a beach with beach huts and colourful deck chairs, all within easy reach of the property. Guests can enjoy taking a stroll around the many independent shops, pubs and eateries, or take a visit to the De La Warr Pavilion (600 metres) soaking up the local culture with the latest events and contemporary art exhibitions. For keen walkers and cyclists, there are many routes along the coast to explore or you can venture into the countryside and the nearby High Weald an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For fantastic views along the coast, head to nearby Hastings (4 miles) and take a trip up the East Hill funicular, England’s steepest cliff railway or head west to the elegant seaside town of Eastbourne (13.5 miles).
Access to the apartment is via a communal hallway with the entrance door to the left. Step inside this ground-floor apartment where a warm welcome awaits and leave your coats and shoes in the hallway before heading through to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax after a busy day at the beach on the comfy sofa or armchair and enjoy catching up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV.
