About this apartment rental
EASY access to the city center and major tourist attractions (via Pink line to the loop) . Public transportation, food markets, parks and Catholic Church is 5 minute walk away. Three major highways are super close (i55, 90/94, 290) and permit parking is available upon request, contact host for access to a parking pass. Free parking available at the main roads (Damen ave)

this property has a yard that can be best accessed down the concrete steps in the front of the property.
to toss trash away, down the same concrete steps towards the back using the keys provided to unlock the alley gate for trash disposal. lock gates at all times
kitchen is fully equipped with the basics, we're always open to innovation so shoot your suggestions on over!

your locked room is your private space.
Bathroom, kitchen, utensils, living room, washer and dryer are shared amenities with up to 5 guests including one guests in this room.
do not leave clothes washing/drying unattended. must finish the cycle so the machines are available for guests.
Necessities are in the tall pantry next to the refrigerator such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, clothes iron, hair dryer, laundry detergent, and misc items previous guests may leave.
During your stay
if any trouble arises, please contact me via phone or through the app ! I'll be on location for basic maintenance and flipping rooms otherwise I'm a local host and within 10 minutes of this location.

guests will mostly be interacting with other guests .
I tend to message guests when the expectation of cleanliness is not respected. by booking, all guests agree to be responsible for cleaning up after one self. that means washing one's dishes and wiping surfaces, and keeping ones personal food items in their section of the fridge.
in the bathroom, discarding body hair after shaving/showers into the trash, "if you sprinkle while you tinkle, please be sweet and wipe the seat!" and limiting bathroom time to 20 minutes since there is only one bathroom.
Other things to note
guests share the lockbox with the keys. please only take the ONE SET of keys that are indicated to be for your stay. leave any other keys in the box, they're for another guest. let's avoid locking each other out
