This lovely cottage is set in Llanboidy, six miles from St Clears in a courtyard of stone holiday cottages and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The Space:
Kingfisher Cottage is a lovely cottage set in Llanboidy, six miles from St Clears in a courtyard of stone holiday cottages and can sleep six people. This mostly ground floor property has a double bedroom, a lower ground floor twin bedroom, a room with adult bunks, a bathroom, a lower ground floor kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shelter for bikes, a private patio with picnic table plus shared use of individual, portable barbecues, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Kingfisher Cottage is a great holiday base. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool available April-October

We had a fortnight's lovely holiday here - I thought the cottage was well-equipped with what we needed. The pool was really nice and the pool sessions for our household worked well. The grounds are large and beautiful. We took bikes too and whilst I wouldn't want to take the kids on bikes on the country roads surrounding it, there was plenty of space for cycling round the grounds themselves - we cycled to the lake and did some pond dipping. Although this definitely a country location (nearest Tesco is Carmarthen or Cardigan) there is lots to do in terms of beaches, castles, Oakwood, Folly Farm, Tenby Dinosaur Park, Hetherton etc within 45mins. We would come back here.
