Hello The process was a good experience. The room was as advertised however I would have loved to know that there were stairs up to the room. I was with my mother and she has a hard time with stairs. I would have liked a little more info on how the a/c worked and the location of the washer dryer. We had to go off property for that because the manager took more then an hour to get back to us. The area was safe and clean.

This place was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed and was super clean! We enjoyed our stay and will be back in a couple of years.
