Welcome to The Gator Nest, a brand-new construction home located on Millwood Lake, just 15 minutes from Ashdown, Arkansas. Whether you’re bringing the family or buddies for a weekend of outdoor adventure, The Gator Nest is the perfect home base. Guest come from all over to enjoy world-class crappie,bass, and catfish fishing and duck huntin. New boat shed with water and electricity beside the house. There is plenty of room to park the boat and room to park in front of the house.
