Spectacular apartment located in the center of Arroyo de la Miel, in the Piscis building.
The accommodation is located in Benalmadena Costa del Sol. It is a spacious apartment and has a bedroom with two single beds presented together as a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances (executive refrigerator), a bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 1 person and a beautiful terrace with views.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom.
The pool opens in summer from June 1st to October 1st, please depending on the date of your trip we recommend consulting beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates. In the pool area you will find loungers for rent at a price of 2-3 € each.
They will have access to the common areas of the building, to the gardens and to the community pool.

The apartment is located near supermarkets, restaurants and about 12 minutes walking from the Arroyo de la Miel train station, very close to the entire leisure area of Benalmádena.
In this Accommodation, Smoking is Strictly Prohibited. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of 100€ will be applied.
A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.
