This modern villa has an unbeatable location as it is just a few minutes walking from the beach, supermarket, and restaurants.
It is composed of 3 floors, one floor with the living room - dining room - kitchen composed of an open area facing the pool with a barbecue, and on the same floor they will find a bathroom, a room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, and a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, with a double bed, walk-in closet, and direct access to a terrace area.
The second floor is made up of 3 rooms, 1 master bedroom with a private terrace with a double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds, and a room with a double bed. The rooms on this second floor share two bathrooms, consisting of a common sink area, and two shower areas each separated by its respective door.
The third floor is the basement and is composed of a living area - game room for guest use and the parking area.
The pool area is totally private, and is composed of a spacious pool, chill out zone and dining area, Argentine barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The house has high-speed WiFi in all its rooms, all bedrooms and living room have centralized air conditioning.
It also has 2 parking spaces.
