Nikos was really helpful and communication was great. Villa is very much in the hills so is great if you want a quiet time, roads not the easiest if not a confident driver. The bbq area and pool are fantastic with awesome views of Albania.

A charming house that delights from the very entrance. It allows you to feel the holiday atmosphere. Peace and quiet. This is the key that is not missing here. Each day can be welcomed in the swimming pool at sunrise. Very nice helpful landlord who is always in touch when needed. There are a lot of charming cats here. Thank you for our unforgettable vacation.

This property is modern, comfortable and well equipped. From the private sunny terrace at the back there is an outstanding panoramic view across the sea to the mountains. The surrounding forested countryside is largely uninhabited. There is no traffic noise at all. The owner was very welcoming and anxious to ensure that our stay was trouble-free.
However, the long road up to the villa is not straightforward. There are many bends on the ascent. The final kilometre to the villa is along an unmade track, which is badly rutted in places and also affected by potholes.
