A gorgeous, seafront property, offering up magnificent coastal views and plenty of space for a group of seven friends or family. Tucked away in the market town of Pwllheli on the Llyn Peninsula, you can enjoy the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty by day, before retreating to this wonderful home and relaxing on the large terrace balcony.
Set over three floors, this home is super practical for large groups and had breathtaking views from every room. The ground floor has a car port for two cars and two of the bedrooms, a double and a single, alongside a family bathroom. On the first floor, you will find two super-king bedrooms, one with its own en-suite shower room, and the other which features a Juliet balcony, a king-size bedroom, and finally a stylish family shower room. You will find the living space up on the top floor. This light-filled space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows which make the very best of the view out to Cardigan Bay. Cook up delicious meals in the practical kitchen, before curling up on the sofa and watching TV. Open the doors and take your meals outside to the elevated balcony which is the perfect spot for al fresco dining and watching the sun set.
Pwllheli town centre (0.5 miles) has plenty of local shops, cafes, and restaurants for you to peruse and grab a bite to eat. The stunning beach directly outside the property is a large stretch of golden sand and shingle and is backed by sand dunes. Abersoch (7 miles) is known for its sandy shoreline and abundance of water sports, while if exploring history is more your thing, visit Harlech Castle, 23 miles away.
