About this house rental
The vacation home is a detached property located on the outskirts of the village on a large lot right on the water at Loppiner See in 17194 Loppin.
The large boat dock is about 200 m away and is reserved exclusively for our guests.
The vacation home has two floors. The first floor features the living area (couch, TV), the open kitchenette (table + 4 chairs, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen appliances), as well as the bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the upper floor are two bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds in a connecting room).
There is also an outdoor kitchen. The upper floor has sloped ceilings, so the only closet is in the bathroom.
Heating is provided by underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove (firewood included).
The house features two furnished terraces (sunny and shaded sides), an outdoor kitchen, a rack for your own bicycles, a rowboat, a ping-pong table, and a parking space.
The terrace facing the lake is fenced only on the side and is open toward the lake below. There are also people from the neighboring vacation rental at the lake.
The front terrace is completely fenced in.
A canoe can be rented separately.
A grill is available.
The total price includes bed linens as well as water and energy consumption. Please bring your own towels.
Dogs are allowed.
It is also possible to camp in a tent right by the lake.
Lake Loppin is home to large carp and pike.
Fishing permits are available through “Mueritzfischer.de" ([email protected]).
Costs: Carp fishing—1 week for 200 euros; predator fishing permit—1 week for 45 euros.
Minimum rental period: 4 nights
Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
The price of 100 euros applies to 1 night’s stay for 2 people in April, May, and October. During peak season: 120 euros. 3rd and 4th guests: 10 euros per night each. Plus 50 euros for final cleaning. Dog: one-time fee of 50 euros; canoe: one-time fee of 50 euros; if arriving by electric car or with a cooler, electricity will be billed based on consumption (currently 30 cents/kWh).
