Step through the front door into a welcoming hallway that leads to rustic interior that’s been a beautifully restored to suit the present day. On the left, the inviting lounge-diner features plush sofas, a large Smart TV and a fireplace with a toasty wood burner to keep you warm in the evenings. A dining table for four sits beside elegant French doors that you can open up on mild days. On the right, the modern shaker-style kitchen comes fully equipped with contemporary appliances, ready for easy meal prep. Cottage-style stairs lead up to two restful bedrooms: a king-size and a day bed with a pull-out single, which can be arranged as twin beds or a super-king on request, offering flexible sleeping options for families or friends. The bathroom is complete with elegant tiling, creating a serene space for your daily wash.
Outside is a lovely, enclosed courtyard with shrubs, a bistro set and a bench – ideal for enjoying morning coffee in the fresh air.

1 dog allowed per booking. Please enquire if you wish to bring more than 1 dog
- 2 bedrooms – 1 king-size, 1 full size single daybed with a single pull out on request (this can be arranged as a king-size or 2 singles at the time of booking)
- 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC
- Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer dryer and coffee maker
- Travel cot and highchair available
- Wood burner (first basket of logs supplied)
- Smart TV with Netflix in lounge
- Roadside parking nearby or public car park 200 metres away
- Enclosed rear courtyard with seating, which can be accessed via the kitchen, the dining room and the side gate at the front of the property
- Outdoor tap and hose available for sandy toes and muddy boots
- Selection of books and board games
