The pools, including a zero-entry children’s pool and lap pool, are seasonally heated for your comfort.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa includes a granite countertop kitchen attached to an open living area, which includes a 32-inch flatscreen TV, brand-new furniture, and access to a large, oceanview balcony. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a 20-inch flatscreen TV, balcony access, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom provides convenient access to the hall bathroom, which is equipped with a shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms are equipped with brand-new mattresses, box springs, and new bed covers. Free WiFi is available for guests, as well as a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
Elevators in the buildings.
The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).
The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

I love the Island Club. The location is ideal for when we come to the HHI Motoring Festival. Exceptionally clean condo with all the amenities one could want. Highly recommended.

The ocean view was nice. And I loved that we were able to walk to the beach. But The master bedroom was extremely hot the whole time we were there. A box fan didn't help. A family member slept on the couch because it was so hot. A ceiling fan might have helped or darker blinds? I did like that we were supplied with laundry soap and items like that. It was a very nice place! Our 4-year old keeps saying that he loved our condo and wants to go back.

The complex is very nice ! However the new rules need fixed like the pool closing so early because not enough lighting. That should have been taken care of right away, this is not a vacasa issue I understand but should have been taken care of right away.
