This cozy 2-bedroom hilltop sanctuary is perfect for your escape to Canyon Lake or Guadalupe River! The Chill Haus is designed for an easy and relaxing getaway to enjoy after exploring the Texas countryside. The large open-concept living area features a serene, wooded view and comfy 10-seater sofa that is perfect for groups and family gatherings. There is plenty of dinning space available and a cozy pellet fireplace for year-round comfort.
Step out the French doors onto a covered wrap around patio with a large outdoor dining table for 6, BBQ grill and chiminea fire pit to lounge and enjoy the fresh Hill country air. The deck also features a hydrotherapy hot tub perfect for unwinding after all of the outdoor activities.
The fully equipped kitchen includes essentials for cooking and dining.
The large bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds with a smart tv and private large bathroom that features an overhead heater and huge walk-in closet.
The cozy second bedroom offers a secluded queen size bed, spacious closet and smart TV. Guest bath features a charming clawfoot tub and overhead heater.
You can also enjoy a large Icehouse style game-room with ping-pong, foosball, darts and a big screen TV great for movie nights! * The game room itself is not air conditioned*

This property is wonderful! It’s just as described. From the hot tub, the games in the garage area, the view, and close proximity to everything we needed. It’s a great cozy house!

Nice cute place with great distance from restaurants and activities. We loved playing the games provided and cornhole outside. Hot tub is very relaxing and peaceful outside. Owner is quick to reply and clear about answering any questions you may have thankyou for having us! Highly recommend!

This rental was amazingly clean. Lots of seating on the porch which was nice because the weather was excellent. Hot tub was very clean as well. The host was very easy to communicate and the home is great for family or friend gatherings.
