This stylish house is located in a quiet residential street a short 15-minute drive south west of Leicester City Centre. This 3-bed semi detached house comes with private driveway parking for 2 vehicles and a large private lawned garden to the rear. With a fully integrated kitchen-diner and large stylish lounge, you have everything you need for the perfect home away from home experience.
The Space:
The comfy lounge comes equipped with cosy seating. (including a comfortable double sofa bed) and a smart TV including Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a separate downstairs toilet under the stairs. The fully equipped kitchen-dining area comes with all the mod cons and opens up onto a lovely private patio seating area and lawned garden. Upstairs are 3 good sized bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single) and a large modern family bathroom with shower over a bath.
Leicester City Centre is just a 15-minute drive from the property by car or 25 minutes by bus (the bus stop is a 1-min walk from the house). The house is based in the Braunstone area of Leicester surrounded by lovely parks, local shops and cafe's and just a 5-min drive from the M1 motorway.
Boasting a home away from home feeling with all bed linen and towels included, you are just a short drive away from the breath taking Beacon Hill Country Park. Other places of interest include the Belvoir Brewery, Avalanche Adventure, Tropical Birdland, and the Foxton Locks.
For guests working in the area, Leicester Royal Infirmary Hospital is located just 2 miles from the house. The Meridian Business Park is just 2.2 miles away. Both Loughborough University and De Montfort University are only a short drive away.

A £150 hold will be placed on your card and automatically released after your stay if there are no damages or issues.
Damage Waiver – £30 (non-refundable)
Covers accidental damages up to £30 (e.g., minor scratches, stains, or broken items).
Unreported or intentional damages are not covered and may result in additional charges.
