    Room and toilet were spacious and very clean, shower/bath area was large as well but had a mild smell coming up the drain, fine if you just kept the fan on though. Beds were definitely on the firm side but I slept really well in my time there so can't complain. Staff were very friendly and spoke fairly good English in addition to fluent Mandarin which made things easy (not qualified to comment on their Japanese). All the essential amenities available in the lobby, no room cleaning available but they will let you switch out towels on request.

    Room is spacious, especially the bathup is big. The hotel surrounded with local restaurants. There is an elevator, but dont bring big size luggage

    We booked this for a family group of 12. We booked 3 rooms and we got a good deal. The place was clean and big enough for our luggages. Close to Tennoji train station and convenience stores. Would book again in the future

    The owner is nice and the facility is good and it has elevators! Near Tennoji Station and food, pharmacies, and supermarket with about 5min walk. Also, near to Dotonbori/Namba.
