Welcome to this spacious 3-bedroom upper unit nestled on a quiet street in Kitchener — ideal for families or working professionals looking for a comfortable home base. The fully stocked kitchen makes settling in easy, whether you`re here for a few days or a few weeks. Private patio, 2-car parking, and fast WiFi included. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite — the two additional bedrooms have queen beds and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Powder room on the main floor.

We like to give guests their space but are always just a message, text, or call away. Communication through Airbnb is generally preferred for fastest response time.
Our home is our pride and joy and should respectfully be left in the same tidy and neat condition it was upon your arrival:) We welcome you to come stay with us and enjoy it here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area!

• No smoking of any kind indoors. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation.

• Two parking spots included. Do not park in additional spots without authorization.
• No shoes indoors.
• Check-out: please wash dishes, bag and dispose garbage, and leave the space as you found it.
