Vacation Rental/Apartment for 4 Guests, 110 m², in Olsberg - Gevelinghausen (312209)

“KIKI CASA Naturzeit” is located in the heart of the Sauerland region, just 20 minutes from Willingen and Winterberg - 110 m², perfect for couples or families who appreciate the proximity to ski resorts, bike parks, the Fort Fun amusement park, and the famous hiking trails of the Rothaarsteig and the Ruhr Valley Bike Path.

A place to breathe deeply—a stylish retreat in nature with a fireplace, space, and tranquility. KIKI CASA Naturzeit is a stylish retreat for couples and families seeking peace, nature, and special moments. 110 square meters of space, a crackling fireplace, a private garden, and warm, inviting design create an atmosphere that feels like true luxury—peaceful, natural, and relaxed.
A place to arrive, unwind, and enjoy.

This privately managed 4-star vacation rental, situated in a quiet location and set to open in March 2026, offers the perfect retreat for 4–5 people after action-packed excursions —away from the tourist hotspots. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family home in the Gevelinghausen district of Olsberg (no tourist tax or security deposit) and features 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a separate toilet. A private, secluded garden, 1–2 parking spaces, and self-check-in via a key box ensure plenty of privacy. However, if you have any questions or concerns, I or my 17-year-old son are always available in the upper part of the house.

In the summer, the private terrace is perfect for relaxing and barbecuing with a cold drink, while the kids can play in the garden. Or, after a long winter day on the nearby ski slopes, you can relax comfortably in front of the warm fireplace. A “workation” getaway is also perfectly possible thanks to the new fiber-optic connection. The stylish, designer furnishings in subtle natural tones—ranging from beige to gray, green, and gold—create a calming and understated atmosphere.

There are countless places to explore in the immediate and wider surroundings. From black-light or adventure mini-golf to paragliding or mine diving, anything is possible. Whether hiking, mountain biking, skiing, a workation, or classic family outings—“KIKI CASA Naturzeit” is the ideal starting point for active vacations in the natural beauty of the Hochsauerland region.

We look forward to your visit.
