About this villa rental
This exquisite villa features breathtaking views of the valley, mountains, and sunsets, providing a picturesque backdrop for your holiday. For added peace of mind, the villa is equipped with an alarm system for enhanced security.
Accommodation:
Ground Floor:
The ground floor boasts a fully fitted kitchen, complete with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The lounge area offers comfortable seating, a TV with UK Sky channels, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa. A convenient cloakroom is also available on this level.
First Floor:
As you ascend to the first floor, you'll find a WC and a cupboard housing the washing machine. This level features a double bedroom and a twin room, each with its own balcony, sharing a spacious shower room.
Second Floor:
On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms: one double and one twin, both with balconies that offer stunning views. These rooms share a well-appointed bathroom.
Outside:
Outside, the property features a large terrace with a dining table that seats eight, surrounded by ample sunbeds and parasols near the impressive pool. A BBQ area is also available for outdoor cooking and entertaining. The pool, gardens, and villa are all maintained to a very high standard.
Situated in the lower part of Ovacik, the villa is within walking distance of the main Ölüdeniz/Hisaronu road, allowing easy access to Hisaronu village. Alternatively, you can catch a Dolmuş (local bus) that stops on demand, or take a taxi, both of which are very affordable. A taxi call button is conveniently located outside the villa, ensuring quick transport options.
Upon your arrival, you'll find a detailed brochure in the villa containing important contact numbers and information about the area, including excursions, boat trips, and recommended restaurants. We are happy to assist in arranging any of these activities for you. A welcome pack can be provided upon request.
The villa will be prepared for your arrival as a self-catering accommodation. Should you wish for a mid-week or mid-stay clean, this can be arranged and paid for locally.
Kholidays can also arrange private airport transfers from Dalaman, with your driver holding the villa keys and welcoming you upon arrival. If you prefer to organize your own transfers, we will provide you with a contact number to arrange the delivery of the villa keys.
