Inside, your holiday home is light and airy, bursting with country-cottage character. Step into the entrance lobby, where a staircase leads to the upper floor. On the ground level, you'll find a cosy lounge complete with enough seating for four guests, a Smart TV and a crackling wood burner, perfect for relaxing evenings with loved ones while the dog snoozes at your feet. Adjacent is a well-equipped kitchen/diner with a dining table for sit-down meals and a breakfast bar on which to grab a quick bite. A convenient utility area completes the ground floor. Upstairs, two bright and breezy, dual-aspect bedrooms await, finished in neutral tones for a good night’s sleep in this quiet, rural setting. The master bedroom boasts a double bed, while the other offers a king-size bed which can be converted into two small singles on request. A contemporary family bathroom completes the interior of this home away from home, while guests can enjoy the convenience of private, off-road parking for two cars.
Outside, the property boasts a large garden with mature trees, lush lawns, and a serene pond, creating a tranquil setting for your stay. There’s outdoor seating for al fresco dining moments and plenty of space for pets and children to play. Elsewhere on site, guests are welcome to make use of a running machine and cross trainer, and bicycles are also available for guests to borrow.

1 dog allowed per booking. Please enquire if you wish to bring more than 1 dog
- 2 bedrooms – 1 double, 1 king-size zip-and-link (can be converted into 2 small singles on request)
- 1 family bathroom with shower over bath and WC
- Wall-mounted electric oven, grill and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer
- Travel cot and high chair available
- Wood burner in the lounge (first basket of logs included)
- Smart TV, DAB Radio in the lounge
- Hairdryers provided in both bedrooms
- Garden area within the grounds of the owners’ home, with outdoor table and chairs
- Shared use of running machine and cross trainer
- Bicycles available to borrow (maximum 3)
- Dual fuel BBQ (Gas and Charcoal)
- Underfloor heating throughout the property
- Private off-road parking for 2 cars
- EV charger available
- Shop and pub 0.5 miles
- Please note – children should be supervised around the unenclosed pond in the garden
- Please note - dogs must be kept on a lead due to the proximity to the A49
- CCTV covering the front doors
