With accommodation for two adults and two children, it''s ideal for couples and small families that love to be immersed in nature.
Perched on raised decking at the lake edge, this glamping pod combines rustic charm with modern conveniences for a memorable stay. Constructed from wood, it has a studio-style layout with a combined sleeping and living area plus a shower room. A fully equipped kitchenette has all the essentials for preparing simple meals, and you can dine inside at the family dining table or outside overlooking the lake. A sofa bed invites you to unwind after adventurous days and doubles as a bed for the children. There''s also a double bed plus a shower room, and guests benefit from a designated parking spot.
Bring a paddleboard, canoe or kayak for water-based fun or slip in the water for a spot of wild swimming. Lakeside trails and woodland walks invite you to explore on foot, while ferries and buses make it easy to visit a number of Lakeland towns and attractions. Beatrix Potter fans can visit The World of Beatrix Potter in Bowness (5 miles), while Ambleside (10.5 miles) has a Roman fort and is the starting point for some popular walks including Loughrigg Fell (14.5 miles) and Stock Ghyll Force (11 miles).
