For outdoor enthusiasts, the Chiltern Hills National Landscape provides excellent walking and cycling routes where you can enjoy rolling landscapes, ancient woodlands and scenic viewpoints. The village of Turville with its iconic windmill from the film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is within walking distance from the house and has a local gastro pub. Walk through the woods to the adjoining Stonor Estate with its tea rooms, gardens and outdoor adventure playground Tumble Stone Hollow.
