About this cottage rental
This charming weatherboarded retreat is in a prime East Sussex location between the rolling dunes of Camber Sands and the tranquil Romney Marsh. It makes a magnificent holiday base for couples and small families who adore the sea and fresh air. You’ll be just 350 metres from a beautiful sandy beach, a welcoming pub, a restaurant and a handy shop. Relax in the lounge and take in the views of the marsh, where you can watch sheep grazing in the field and enjoy frequent visits from ducks, swans, and other waterfowl. If you’re visiting in spring, you might even catch a glimpse of playful lambs nearby. The historic town of Rye (3 miles) boasts cobbled streets, quirky galleries and antique shops, abundance of eateries and for classic seaside fun, Hastings is only 15 miles away. Roam the nature reserves at Rye Harbour (6.5 miles) and Dungeness (9.5 miles), home to a diverse array of wildlife.
