Côté Dune - VENSAC - Gîte

Located in the heart of the Médoc region, 500 meters from the center of the village of Vensac, our gîte Côté Dune welcomes you for your stay in a pleasant setting. Ideally situated less than 10 kilometers from the ocean, you can enjoy the proximity of ocean beaches bordered by wild dunes, take pleasant walks in the forest, or further afield, discover the treasures of the Gironde estuary and the Médoc vineyards. Our gîte is located in a new house and has a private, enclosed garden of 750 m² with a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and griddle. Entirely on one level, it comprises a lovely living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge; three bedrooms furnished respectively with one queen-size bed (160x200cm), two single beds (90x190cm), and one single bed (90x190cm) and a cot; a shower room; a separate WC; and a garage with a washing machine (with space to park bicycles and motorcycles). The cottage is equipped with electric heating and a heat pump (reversible air conditioning) located in the living room only. Heating and electricity are charged according to meter readings beyond 8 kWh per day. Parking is available on the property. For a worry-free stay, bed linen, towels, and tea towels are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Exterior landscaping is currently being finalized. Restaurant located in a campsite 500 meters from the gîte, open to the public in July and August with entertainment twice a week. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, a daily allowance of 8 kWh of electricity.
