The home is family friendly but Strictly NO PETS allowed.

MAINFLOOR has a kitchen, dining area, living room(one queen size sofa bed), garage, half washroom, One bedroom(one double bed)etc are available.(sleep 4 people at this floor).
UPPER FLOOR has Three bedrooms, one bonus room(considered as one bedroom), and has 5 queen size beds at this floor, Also TWO full size washrooms and a laundry is available at this floor. Can sleep 10 people at this floor.
The Access to the BASEMENT is only through outside side entrance (Mainfloor Access to the basement is BLOCKED). The basement has a kitchen, living room (one double size sofa bed), one washroom, and two bedrooms are available.
So BASEMENT has 2 queen size bed and one sofa bed in total. Can sleep 6 people at this floor.
One Car can be parked in the Garage, three cars on the drive way, one or two cars at the roadside in front of the home.
The backyard is pretty spacious, has a trampoline (SAFETY of your kid is YOUR responsibility), And a small deck.
I usually allow small gatherings or weddings depending upon the number of people and your profile rating.
