This spacious, non-smoking apartment, with approximately 70 m² of living space, offers the ideal setting for families: It features a separate bedroom with a double bed and an additional bunk bed, as well as direct access to the modern, renovated bathroom, while the living room offers additional sleeping accommodations in the form of a comfortable double sofa bed; the large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table has everything you could want, including a microwave, oven, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a wide range of dishes and cooking utensils; the stylish bathroom features an extra-large luxury shower, toilet, double sinks, heated floors, a towel warmer, and a built-in washer-dryer; shower gel, shampoo, and two towels per person are already included; From the living area, you have direct access to the spacious terrace with a dining table; there is also a balcony available—perfect for relaxing outdoors; Digital TV in the living room, blackout-ready bedrooms, hardwood floors throughout, and a practical entryway with a coat closet round out the comfortable living experience; a crib can be rented for a one-time fee. Located less than a 5-minute walk from the Payerbach-Reichenau train station, you’ll find the Payerbach Apartments—in a small house with a beautiful natural garden. A total of 2 fully renovated apartments each accommodate 2–6 people; upon request, they can be connected via a balcony, making them perfect for two families of friends. Of course, they’re fully equipped with a complete kitchen, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a ski locker. Apartment Top 1 also features a spacious terrace with direct access to the garden, which is exclusively at your disposal! Payment is due in advance upon booking. You’ll receive a separate email regarding this. You can pay conveniently via bank transfer or PayPal. Arrival/Check-In: The apartment keys will be left for you in a small key safe/box located right next to the front door of the house. You can check in on your own starting at 2:00 PM. IMPORTANT! The CODE for the key safe will be sent to you via email no later than 2 days before your arrival. If you have not received a code or cannot find it, please contact us via email. A baby crib can be provided upon request for a fee of 30 EUR. Pets are allowed for a fee of 30 EUR per pet per stay. The tourist tax of 4.30 EUR per person per night is included in the price. Extra bedding and towels are always provided for the sofa bed if more than 2 people are staying.
