With its enclosed garden, this charming and peaceful semi-detached house is located in the heart of the Lauvergnac residence, close to the beach, shops, and fishing port. The bright living area with kitchen, dining table, and sofa opens onto a terrace and a 100 m² enclosed garden.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom, a bathroom, and separate WC. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have their own private sink. For babies, a high chair, travel cot, and a stair gate (on request) are available. Wi-Fi, radio, TV, books, and board games are at your disposal.
Enjoy the sun on loungers in the garden or gather around the outdoor dining area with barbecue for family meals. The Ker Elisabeth beach, awarded the "Blue Flag" and supervised in summer, is just a short walk away through a pleasant green area of the residence.
Utilities are included within reasonable use. Non-smoking rental. Calm, clean pets are allowed outside July and August. On-site parking. Bed linen and towels can be reserved for an additional fee.
Whether you prefer swimming or relaxing on Ker Elisabeth beach, a stroll at La Turballe port, cycling in the salt marshes, or a gourmet break in La Baule, Guérande, or Piriac, you’ll have plenty of options. The "Centre aquatique du pays blanc," open year-round and perfect for children and babies, is just 2 km away. The rustic and friendly "Golf de Mesquer" with its 9-hole course is also open all year.
La Turballe, the 7th largest fishing port in France, is also the departure point for trips to the islands of Houat, Hoedic, or Belle-Île (in summer).
