The property also offers three modern bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and an impressive private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, perfect for enjoying the Caribbean lifestyle.
Guests have access to the residence's swimming pools and direct beach access.
Electricity
Your stay includes a standard daily electricity allowance of 50 kWh per day for this apartment.
Please use air conditioning and other electrical appliances responsibly and switch them off whenever you leave the apartment.
Electricity usage is checked on the day of departure. If the daily allowance is exceeded, the additional consumption will be charged according to the current local electricity tariff.
Upon request, we are happy to provide proof of the electricity meter reading.

All swimming pools, common areas, and guest amenities remain fully available.
Construction work takes place daily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so some temporary construction noise may be heard during these hours.
To reflect this temporary inconvenience, the accommodation price has already been adjusted accordingly.
