This lovely holiday home at in Draget, is ideal for families or groups of up to 10 people. The house, built in 2004 and modernized in 2024, offers modern and comfortable accommodation, perfect for a relaxing stay close to nature. With a plot area of 1459 square meters and a house area of 105 square meters, this home provides plenty of space for both relaxation and socializing.
The holiday home is located only 300 meters from the water, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the many activities that the beach offers. Here you can swim, build sandcastles, or take long walks along the coast. The house is spacious and welcoming, with four bedrooms, offering a good night's sleep for all guests. There are two bedrooms with double beds, the third bedroom has two single beds, while the last bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, making it a perfect room for a couple with two children. In total, up to 10 people can sleep comfortably in the accommodation.
The facilities in the house have been designed with comfort and convenience in mind. There are two modern bathrooms, both with showers, and underfloor heating in the bathroom for extra coziness. The house is also equipped with both a wood-burning stove and a heat pump, so you can keep warm on the cool evenings, and there is air conditioning for the warmer days. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large 100-litre fridge with freezer.
