The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.
The house is located overlooking the water, which provides a calm and scenic atmosphere. The distance to the water is only 450 meters, making it easy to jump in the waves, or take a nice walk along the coast, and it is about 6 kilometers to Klitmøller. The property also offers facilities for pets, so you can bring the whole family, including your four-legged friends - up to 4 pets are allowed.
The interior of the property is both functional and comfortable. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, including three with double beds, one with bunk beds and a bunk bed in connection with the living room. In addition, there are additional sleeping places in the house's large loft, where up to 6 people can sleep. When the sun shines, you can enjoy the outdoor facilities, which include a large terrace, barbecue area, swings, sandbox and a fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. In addition, there is a large wilderness bath, that can accommodate up to 5 people, so you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.
