Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² flat in Bois-Colombes to rent for up to 3 people.
Located on the 8th floor, it comprises a bright 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV and single sofa bed (80x250 cm)
- Kitchen area with electric kettle, oven, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, worktop with dining area...
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
For added convenience, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 100 m² terrace facing east, south and west with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Bois-Colombes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Things to do:
- Parc des Bruyères: stroll, run or picnic
- Centre Aquatique de Bois-Colombes: modern pool for swimming or relaxing
- Espace Schiffers: exhibitions, workshops and cultural events
- Parc Pierre Lagravère: large park on the banks of the Seine for cycling or walking
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park opposite the building (pay parking).
